Drowning
 
I’m looking at pictures of you,
Thinking of the good times,
Thinking of everything you mean to me,
Everything you did to me,
And I’m drowning away my pain.
 
Drowning it in alcohol,
Drowning it with my small cigars,
And I’m not even a real smoker.
But I’m drowning it with everything that could numb my pain,
Just trying to drown the pain away.

The memories are still so clear,
